Hi Our PRTG Probe is not reachable from the Internet, so I can't connect to our Probe from my Smartphone. Is it still possible to send push notification to my smartphone? I can't connect to the PRTG server via APP.

If your PRTG server is able to access the internet, you can connect to the PRTG server via wifi (given that the wifi can access the internal network) and PRTG will automatically generate a push token with our cloud notification platform. However, you likely need to use a VPN in order for the PRTG app to connect to the server when you're not on site. Push notifications will go through regardless, though.
