Hello everyone,

Currently we have a "Notification Template" that sends a notification to a specific User-Group X when the state of a sensor of Device-Group Y changes.

Now a single User doesn't want to get the notifications anymore.

Is there a way to block notifications from a specific Notification Template (or add exceptions maybe?) without removing the user from the User Group?

Any help is appreciated very much.

Best regards, Domink

Hi Dominik,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an exception for a user to block notifications. The only way to block notification for the desired is to remove this user from the User Group. If the you have entered the email as a Notification Contact, then you have opportunity to pause the delivery of notifications to this contact via Setup | Account Settings | Notification Contacts. You'll find more information here.

Alternatively, you can enter all recipients individually into the notification template. Thus you would not have to remove the user from the group.
I would recommend to setup an outlook filter rule for that one user to delete this notifications automatically.
