Dear support,

When I try to add new map with format .jpg or png, it show the error: Oops...

The validation of the data provided failed due to the following:

Please specify a background image in GIF/JPG/PNG format only

The object has not been changed.

But I'm trying to put with corret format.

Could you please help me?

same problem here. No JPGs/PNGs are accepted. Tried file-extension in capitals. PRTG version 19.2.50.2842 x64
