Alarms to notify us when any server is at the wrong time. All servers need to have this sensor to tell us the time difference and in case it is wrong, the PRTG remains the "Windows Time" service or another command to set the time.

How about the WMI UTC Time Sensor? This sensor displays the Time difference between the PRTG system time and the target device in seconds.
You can then create a custom notification (Execute Program) to trigger a script to adjust the times on the target systems, or to configure a valid NTP server. This is described on the Setup > PRTG API page.
