User Story
As a PRTG User, I want to have an option in the trigger so we can alert based on deltas between the current and the previous [n] measurements.
Details of User Story
An example would be that want to be alerted if there is a 30% drop in the last 15 minutes.
Acceptance criteria
There is a delta notification option that allows to include the last [n] alerts measurements.
