Hi,

I have searched if there is some sort of availability/uptime report that can be generated using PRTG. I have tried the default report templates and also created my own but it doesn't seem to meet our requirements.

We want to see in the report the following data of our Network Devices: Device Name, Ave Ping, Uptime %, Uptime Days.

I've read also that PRTG doesn't support editing report templates. Is it common for PRTG users to have a custom report template for that suits their needs?

Unfortunately we do not offer customizing support. There is no alternative to customize the report templates at the moment. However the top 100 uptime/downtime report should work fine for all the Ping sensors in the "Network Devices" group. For more information, please refer to this manual
