I have 3 different temperature-sensors monitored (server, team1, team2).

You can use the Factory Sensor to achieve this. In this Sensor, you can define one or more channels that combine monitoring results from other sensors or devices. You can create your own individual sensor with channels based on data from other sensors or devices.
The graphic of this Sensor will then contain the channels of the 3 different temperature-sensors.
