Multi disk snmp

I used WMI multi disk sensors , but i would like to use snmp sensors. When i use snmp sensors i show totality disk but not windows partition . It's possible ?

The OID used for this is 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.3, which should contain disks and partitions. Do you get the partition listed in the metascan for selection, after adding the SNMP Disk Free Sensor to the Windows host?
