User Story

Currently, only a couple of the generic icons appear in the "PRTG Desktop" version. Showing the actual Device Icons (like the web interface does) would make it easier to find things and would improve the user interface experience significantly.

I just posted a thread on the same topic, before I saw this. And this must be some kind of bug, because you see all the icons under setting in PRTG Desktop.

Hi there,

This is intended. The reason is that the device icons we have previously used were not TinySVG1.2 compliant - therefore created black-blocks in the Desktop Client. We have changed that and the Desktop Client will soon be able to display them properly.
