I tried iceweassel and it says it is not supported and does not let me login as well as chromium.

You might want to use a User Agent Spoofer, like the following:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-agent-switcher-for-c/djflhoibgkdhkhhcedjiklpkjnoahfmg

This should do the trick and display PRTG properly, even if the browser is not supported. Let me know if it did the trick.

I'm having the same issue. It keeps saying that the web browser is not supported and fails to login. It says that my credentials are wrong and have tried a couple of different users. Double checked passwords and usernames for case sensitivity. It just doesn't login.

Embarrassing to say but. The problem was that the default Keyboard layout was English UK and the @ symbol was being typed as " symbol. All is good now.
