Starting to migrate devices using AUTH/PRIV keys via v3. I can get the manual fetch via net-snmp libraries to work however we're forced to use the the HEX string when passing priv/auth keys (-3k/-3K flag).

Using the Paessler SNMP tester, I'm unable to validate any v3 devices due to the protocol/passphrase method that is being forced on the client side while we need to pass the HEX string. Is there any way this can be upgraded, toggled or changed for future builds?
