Hello there,
Don't use OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.18.0, use OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.18 with option "Walk" in SNMP Tester.
Kind regards,
Erhard

Hello Somaye,
It appears the device simply does not provide any data based on this OID, try option "Walk" again, this time use only OID 1.3.6 to see if there is coming back anything at all.

Hi there,
1.3.6.1.2.1.6.18 might be incomplete, the OID might be 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.18.0 for example. To check, please use our SNMP Tester:
Now you will see the OIDs the devices responds with that you can use in the sensor.
Kind regards,
Erhard
