working on version 19.2.49.2018+

since version upgrade (& previous version) the response in Chrome is dreadful, rarely loads the device view correctly, if at all. works fine in firefox. tried on several different machines, all have same symptom

anyone getting the same?

Do you have any browser plugins installed? What's the behavior when accessing PRTG via the incognito mode?

Hi,

tried incognito, devices option works fine.i have several extensions enabled, disabled the first one (grammarly) and now the devices view works ok. re-enabled grammarly and it hangs.

Looks like grammarly is the issue!

We're currently working on a compatibility of the Grammarly plugin, but for now disabling it is the best approach.
