The emails sent by the PRTG Ticket System have a button that forwards you directly to the corresponding ticket in PRTG. There you can then edit or close the ticket. If you want to open a new ticket, you must go into the "Tickets" tab in the upper bar of the PRTG Web Interface. However, it's not possible to edit, close or open tickets directly via an email.
