We aren't able to create any new Oracle Tablespace Sensors. The creation fails with a timeout. We already tried adding the "MetaScanTimeout" Registry entry with the value 20 seconds, but except for a longer loading time we got the same error.

Funny is, that our already existing sensors of the same type work. The database the sensor connects to is configured the same as the ones that work and even if we try with the SYSTEM user, who has all the rights, it doesnt work.

Just to make sure, we have now updated PRTG to version 19.1.49. The error occurs still the same.

Hello Jasmin,

For large tablespaces, the Oracle Tablespaces likely exceed this timeout of 20 seconds by far. What's the size of the tablespace which is not working?

Thank you for your input. We underestimated the timeout value. We put in a value of 120 seconds now and it worked.
