There are Ping-Sensors set up at all locations, monitoring the availability of the connections. At the end of each month I need a report or at least some sort of feedback containing all locations where the downtime exceeded a certain limit (e.g. 0.5% of the month). How can this be achieved?

This is not directly possible with the native reports of PRTG. You can either manually export the historic data to process the results outside of PRTG, or you can take a look at the SLA-Plugin from one of our partners: SLA Plugin
They offer a free trial to see if that solutions suits your needs.
