Dear team,

As we have installed PRTG in our cilent's side. The requirement is that " Can we customized the report that consists of all the downtime of specific link?" . The downtime within the year /Month must be reported to the ISP.

we currently don't support modifying reports due to it's complex nature and because it might break updates, if you want to proceed nonetheless, read up about it here: How do I modify PRTG's report templates?

If you need SLA Monitoring, I would recommend checking out our PRTG extension: Paessler PRTG SLA Reporter.
