User story
Systems in our workflow that receive PRTG e-mail notifications require a Message-ID in the e-mail header (to uniquely identify a message)

The Message-ID is considered optional - but highly recommended - described in rfc2822 section 3.64 - link here:

Acceptance criteria
- Add the possibility to include message id in emails
