[Open] mplement RSync native sensor

User story

Rsync is widely used on NAS to back up data to another NAS. Currently, if only the service or the authentication fails, PRTG cannot see it and we must then wait to receive the alert mail indicating the failure of the replication. The current workaround is to use the SSH Script Sensor. Thank you.
