I've been looking through the manual and KB for PRTG 9 for a way to send a notification when an alarm is acknowledged. I'd like to be able to have the first team member who responds to an alarm be able to acknowledge it and generate a notification. That way there aren't multiple administrators working on the same problem. I think the best way to do this is with a state trigger for an acknowledged alarm, but that's not an option in the list. This notification would include the name/username of the person acknowledging the alarm.
