Error Sending "SMS"

We had the SMS notification system up and running for over 3 years. This week all of a suddent the SMS are not sending and the error Error sending "SMS": Number=9999999999, Message=EIdHTTPProtocolException: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" is being logged.

We went on the physical server where the prtg core is installed and used postman/browser with same Custom URL which worked without any issues.

Can you kindly enlighten us what the issue is?

We would need more information for further checking and analysis regarding this issue. Kindly raise a ticket to us by simply creating a ticket via the PRTG web interface by going to Setup | Contact Support.
