Hi,

I have an AD group where the members have changed. PRTG does add the new ones, upon login. But the ones that have been removed, and placed in a different AD group, those stay in PRTG in the initial group. They do not either get added to the new PRTG group. How may this be fixed?

the current version includes a bug. The next release, 19.4.53, fixes it and clears the AD cache of PRTG after one hour.

Dear MarcoF,

in this case, please open a support case, preferably through PRTG. Menu Setup / Contact Support. Please use the default option to include the support bundle, which is a collection of log files which serve as starting point for further analysis.

Hello,

the cache gets cleared within an hour, but removing a user from an AD group does not remove it from PRTG. The user cannot log into PRTG anymore (once the cache got cleared) but in order to remove the user from PRTG, the user has to be deleted by a PRTG admin.
