Hi I am trying to get Netflow from a Cisco WLC. But nothing is happening! Wireshark shows no CFLOW protocol from the WLC, but it shows other types like TCP and TLS (the laptop is connected by wifi) The WLC is sending packets:

(Cisco Controller) >show flow exporter statistics

Exporter-name: Netflow
  Total Flows Sent: 41870914
  Total Pkts Sent: 2984736
  Total Pkts Dropped: 0

The WLC is configured as:

     Monitor-Name            Exporter-Name            Exporter-IP          Port    Record Name
  ============             =============            ===========      ====  ===========
  TEST                                 Netflow                        XX.XX.XX.XX       2055  ipv4_client_src_dst_flow_record

The laptop (XX.XX.XX.XX) is getting Netflow from another Cisco router (different device) but not from the WLC!

Hello,

In order to find out if proper and compatible NetFlow packets are arriving at the PRTG host, please use our NetFlow Tester: https://www.paessler.com/tools/netflowtester

Make sure that the actual NetFlow Sensor is paused indefinitely while testing. Please provide us with a screenshot or the logs from the NetFlow Tester for further evaluation.

Please contact support@paessler.com with the results for further analysis and recommendations.

Thanks
