User Story
Currently there is no out-of-the-box support for Let's encrypt certificates. As these become more and more popular, supported should be integrated.
Details of User Story
I would like to use an Let's Encrypt certificate for PRTG. This would include the reloading of the certificate without restarting the core probe.
Acceptance criteria
- Parameters for the type of certificate should be configurable (ECDSA/RSA; key strength/curve).
- the renewal task should be automaticly run in the background by the core service on a configurable interval.
- Certificate should be renewed without restarting the core service.
