We need to generate an availability report ONLY for the working hours. Now, our working hours are a bit tricky, from 0700-2200 on week days, and 0800-1200 on saturdays. How can I do it?

Hi there, thanks for your question here.

The schedules provided in the report templates are unfortunately not customisable I'm afraid - the options listed are the only ones you can use. Your only option would be to perhaps create two separate reports with different schedules from the options available. Apologies we can't offer a better solution here.

Thank you, but two days after I posted this request I figured out how to customize the report schedules: Configuration > Account Configuration > Schedules. Then create a new schematic that conforms to my working hours.
