the HTTP Advanced sensor can be used to download a file and shows the bandwidth. In case there are other downloads running at the same time, you see only the actual download speed, not the max possible. It is still the closest to what you are looking for.
As every sensor scan performs the download, please increase the scanning interval substantially. Running it every 60 seconds by default, would generate a lot of traffic.
