I'd like to change the default warning and error levels for SNMP sensors (CPU Load, Memory, Disk free). Is there a configuration file to modify to change the default behavior of the sensor, or a way to create a new sensor with those settings?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the default limits of sensors. You can create a device template with these sensors that have the limits already set, and use the auto discovery to add these sensors to other devices. The sensors will then be added with the limits you have set in the initial sensors.
