Issues running reports

we are having several performance issues running reports with prtg, is there any way to create a report server. so the core server dont get overloaded with reports?

we are trying to run top 10 uptime downtime based on uptime or percent using only pingsensor or snmpuptimesensor but none of them work, report percentage never progress and stuck server.

There is no option to create a report server.

We may need more details about the failure, are there any reports working, is the issue with a specific format or group of devices?

Can you contact us via a Support Ticket ? I ask this because we'll need to review your system's logs for further analysis before being able to suggest any troubleshooting/solutions
