Is PRTG able to monitor NetApp Cleondris Alarms?

that depends on the interfaces provided by Cleondris. There is no direct support build into PRTG, but PRTG supports a wide range of standard protocols like HTTP Rest, Syslog, and more.

as Cleondris is not our product, I don't know how alarms can be checked in there. The question would be if Cleondris can be read through any of the protocols PRTG support outside of the box. Otherwise, a script solution should be possible using the custom sensor API however writing such scripts is not covered by technical support.
