Hi there,
When can we use Azure SSO for iOS PRTG app?
Thanks

Any updates on this feature? We want to disable the AD login en enforce SSO (MFA) but can't without SSO support in the mobile apps.

Hello Pieter, Basti,
SSO won't be implemented in the current mobile application as we are mainly focusing on the new interface (smartphone ready) to implement all the basic features as fast as possible.
This way, our development team will get rid of technical debts and be able to provide new features more easily and quickly in the future.
I have forwarded your need to the product owner in charge of the new UI/API to let it know about it. According to the current state of the development, our next step is to implement the possibility to create/read/update/delete monitoring objects to provide the basics feature sets. Then, they will work on SSO and notifications. However, it is not possible to say exactly when SSO will be implemented. The previous task is a big milestone and therefore will most likely take some time before being fully implemented.
Regards.

This is a major security concern for those exposing their PRTG install to the internet and not being able to better secure against password spraying attacks.

Hello CBvist,
I want to point out that it's not about PRTG installations published to the internet, it's regarding native iOS and Android applications.
As Florian mentioned, we're working on it, in the meantime your can consider to work with notifications to get informed and access PRTG via the webbrowser on your smartphone.
Kind regards,

@Felix - Can you provide a timeline at least rather than just saying you're working on it?

Hello FM-Australia,
I'm afraid I can't. We do not offer ETAs for all upcoming features. You can find the main tasks we are working on via our Roadmap.

Note on the roadmap adding SSO to the desktop or mobile app isn't even being considered. The server itself doesn't offer any 2FA abilities or setting password policies, which is why we are having users use AzureAD, but without adding support to handle these SSO logins in the apps you have provided us, it's useless. This seems like a huge security risk and very surprised to find out this isn't even being considered as a priority.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Currently, SSO is not available on the mobile apps and in PRTG Desktop. The feature request has been forwarded to the development team however, I'm afraid that there is no ETA yet regarding its implementation.
Regards.
