I have been working with PRTG licensed since December 2022 and on 3 occassions the notifications (email and teams) failed to send. I checked the logs Entries and it appears it send the alert/notification but nothing arrive to my email or teams channel.
The common resolution is to restart the main probe (core) but I wonder if there's a different way to solve this.

? You can enable the Notification Debug Logging in order to get a detail of the communication between the PRTG and the Mail server. Please follow this procedure https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000041683-how-can-i-enable-notification-delivery-logging To enable the logging, then after the test have been done send us the debug logs.
There you can know for sure if the email is sent correctly, then the problem can be at the email server side.
