Hello, Is there a way to remove the IP address from the notification that the system send ? I want to send notification based on triggers but remove the IP of the machine that has the issue, just leave the machine name.

About the device address, is it possibly the host address you have entered in the PRTG device tree for that device?

I have the same request. In my case, it is an E-Mail notification, and the shown IP address or DNS Name is in round brackets in the breadcrumb.

Local Probe > Device Name (IPv4 Address/DNS Name)

How do I remove the IPv4 or DNS Name from the breadcrumb?

Hello David,

the HTML notification is not intended to be edited. The alternative would be using custom text email.

One can also create HTML emails with a script solution.
