Have been registered for some time now yet my questions are not being published why ?

Hi there,

I'm very sorry about that. Unfortunately our Knowledge Base had issues with sending mails to our helpdesk instance, hence we don't have records of unpublished records for at least two days in the beginning of march :( I've published your threads accordingly and someone will check on them.
