i have this problem a long time now. But now i have a little time to post it here :)

Everytime before i plan an update of the PRTG core server, i do the "Create Configuration Snapshot". When i click the button "Create" then the button changes to "Working..." and after some seconds in the bottom right corner appears the Ajax Error: timeout. It seems that creation of the snapshot is now never ending because the "Working..." will never change. But if i check the file location, the snapshot is created and everything is ok. So it is not a big problem, but maybe you can fix this ;)

I couldn't reproduce the issue so it seems to be a local issue in your installation. If you want us to take a closer look, feel free to reach out to us directly via mail at support@paessler.com and send us a support bundle containing the log files from PRTG. For this, you can open the support dialog "Contact Support" in the lower right corner of the WebUI.
