Is it possible to paste icons (Red and Green alerts) in notification message, for example like this: "New alert %icon_sensr %sensor on %device."??

Hello,

You can use custom text for the Email notifications instead of HTML. However, you can not copy paste images into the custom text field. Instead of the icon, you could have the sensor state be displayed in text by using the placeholder %laststatus.

Hi, But icons or emoji have to different in ALERT, WARNING and OK. If I add icon to %laststatus, I will get every time only one icon for all statuses.

The only workaround that comes to mind is that you create a separate notification template for Down, Warning and Up state.
