Sometimes I am unable to see machines update on PRTG Servers when I newly add it. Even I disable OS firewall, Antivirus and also Endpoint security from host machines. So I want to see PRTG logs so that I can identify the issue.
Where to see the PRTG logs

Hello there,
Can you please elaborate what you mean with machine updates? Are you referring to the Windows Update Status Sensor?
What PRTG Logs you want to access exactly? The log files why this sensor fails on new machines?
If this is what you're asking for, what does the sensor message of the newly created sensors say?
Kind regards,
Felix Saure, Technical Support Team
