User story
As a PRTG user, I want to add to our daily report Acknowledgement status and comments
Details of user story
As we are a big team, we have dedicated people that works with PRTG and present the report with all the active alarmsevery day. Our analists should see if the alarm was acknowledged (seen) and read about what steps was done to check the alarm ( this information we will write in the message section while acknowledging the alarm).
Acceptance criteria
- Every report object should have ACK section
- Every report object should have Comment section
