[Feature Request] Password Complexity Rules/Policy for PRTG local accounts

User story

As a PRTG Admin, I want to be able to set a complexity policy for passwords (of prtg local accounts)

Details of user story

Enforcing a complexity rule for passwords can improve the security of the overall systems and is required for certain guidelines / standards (e.g. German BSI, ...) With AD-integration you can rely on AD-complexity rules, but for local accounts there is no such option

Acceptance criteria

possibility to activate / deactive complexity rules
user is informed about not meeting the password quality standard (on login)
user can only set a password das meets the complexity rules
