We recently had a problem with our infrastructure and we were able to recover only the backup of the "Program Data" folder of our PRTG. However, we need the version of PRTG that we had before the problem, version 20.3.60.1623. We no longer have a maintenance contract, due to the financial difficulties we are facing, we were unable to renew it. Could you provide this downloadable version?

Usually, if you have access to the files, you can find the installer in the same server where PRTG is installed. In this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Installer Archive But as I understand you don't have access to the files any more. Therefore we can provide a temporary link. We don't provide older installers but depending on the situation we are able to do some exceptions. We will be contacting you from support@paessler.com to the email linked to your username.
