I have a bit of a problem with my PRTG at the moment. I need to know why my PRTG on the administrative console show not connected. And the red alarm circle keeps flashing saying the connection is refused in the system tray. we have access to the web-browser, and monitoring has not been interrupted we are trying to solve root cause of the error and hopefully how to resolve.

The PRTG Server we saw these alerts, also after removing enterprise console me and other admins are unable to sign into the web-interface anymore any insight if these could be related?

I would suggest that you open a support ticket for this issue, as we need to take a closer look at what is happening.
