Today I began to receive messages that PRTG mail does not go. The error will make such a text.

in this case please contact our support directly, to help you in this matter the fastest be sure to attach a support bundle with log files.
To do this please open the PRTG web interface and select "Contact Support" on the bottom right corner.
Verify that your mail address is correct and select Technical issue and fill out the form with as many information as possible.
Me or my colleagues will then take a look at the support bundle and the included logs and can troubleshoot the cause of this error message.
