Hi, I am not able to add a SNMP Service Sensor to a Host that is already up and running, I get the following error:

Sorry, the scan for available monitoring items has failed! Could not create the SNMP Windows Service sensor on device (device Name)

No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003)

Hi, thanks for your question. It's worth going through our sensor troubleshooting guide for SNMP, and potentially try using our SNMP Tester to get a better idea of what's going on.
