I am not able to administrate PRTG anymore

Hey everybody I am not able to administrate PRTG anymore. The system is working but on the Gui the devices are no longer listed. I can not select a sensor in the status overview. It is not possible to chose a menu point in setup as well. I already restarted the server but the result was the same.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing devices in PRTG.

Please verify if your account has the proper access to access PRTG and see all sensors as per this document https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/user_access_rights

For this type of issue we will require you to share logs and screenshots of the issue you are experiencing, could you please proceed and open a support case directly via email to support@paessler.com.
