How can I download the latest version of PRTG and upgrade my current installation that exists behind a firewall and doesn't have internet access?

We are on version 22.2.77.2204+ and want to upgrade to the latest version.

I received this error during the installation process

PRTGLicenseCheck64.exe - System Error "The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I answered OK to the dialog box and it appears to let me continue the installation. It appears to have installed OK.
