User story
As a PRTG user, I want to combine the power of PRTG and Dynatrace into one. This way our observability reaches higher levels and we also keep an eye on our network performance. This could also improve our SRE.
Details of user story
We use Dynatrace for observability but we feel it lacks network performance monitoring, which is normal because this is not the purpose of the tool. To have a complete view on all we would like to integrate PRTG into Dynatrace.
Acceptance criteria
- Must: PRTG alerts should be picked up as Problems in Dynatrace
- Must: connection has to be secure
- Should: connecting the two should be easy
- Could: visualize some performance of PRTG into Dynatrace
