First I would like to know whether you want to check the JSON file or only download it?
For the login, you can try to use the HTTP Advanced Sensor as suggested here: https://https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000063857

Another idea would be to use the HTTP Transaction Sensor as suggested here: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7600006351143-configuration-tips-for-http-transaction-sensors-needed
