When adding a Windows Print Queue sensor, the UI hangs and it never completes. How can I find out why and resolve issue?

According to the behavior you get, PRTG seems not able to create the sensor due to failing meta-scan. Therefore, I invite first you to make sure that the sensor requirements are fulfilled: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/windows_print_queue_sensor

Afterwards, I invite you to make sure that the credentials defined in the parent device settings under Credentials for Windows Systems are correct.

If the sensor is still not working, open the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\Sensor System" on the corresponding probe server and then execute the program PrintQueue.exe. This will show you the available parameters. Finally, execute the application via a PowerShell console or command prompt with the corresponding parameters. What result do you get?

Regarding the error "The RPC server is not available", are you able to add WMI sensors (Windows CPU Load, WMI Memory, etc.) on the same device? Do they work?
