Ios channel gauge is blank

I’m trying to display the value of a channel in ios on an Ipad Pro. I can select the channel from the list, but the resulting widget is blank. This happens for any channel.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix or workaround?

I'm not aware there is any bug on this IOS version.
Since we will need to have some screenshots sent and a more detailed problem description, I would advice you to open a ticket with Support@paessler.com and make reference to this KB article for further assistance. I'll try to update the resolution here just in case.
