Hi support Team, is it possibile to view the previous configuration of two sensor before update PRTG server to release 22.1 Now the configuration il grey out and we need delete and create again this two sensors. The same action is already done with sensor type as fortigate system statistics, DNS, http Cloud V2. Kind Regards Sama Leonardo

Is it possible to update PRTG to the latest stable version 22.3.78 to see if the problem persists? There has been numerous improvements to sensors and this might resolve the issue.

PRTG is updated to rel 22.3.78.1873+ but some sensors remain in gray state. I appreciate if is possible to read the configuration. Regards, Leonardo Sama

Can you submit a ticket using the "Contact Support" ribbon option from the PRTG web administration page. It is in the lower right corner or you can also send us an email at support@paessler.com and it would be better to see this separately as we might require logs and screenshots for further analysis.
