Hello David,

I assume that you are referring to the manual update of a connected Remote Probe, is this correct? If so please note that usually, PRTG updates connected Remote Probes automatically, and manual updates are required only on rare occasions. You can update a connected Remote Probe as described here: PRTG Manual: Install a Remote Probe.
